Projectpartner

The Startup Combo focuses on young people (teenpreneurs) and adults (ecopreneurs), promoting green high-tech ideas and supporting them in developing sustainable business models. As an important part of the ZAT's Green Startup Centre Leoben project, the programme gives founders access to a strong network and professional mentoring. With Green Startupmark as a cooperation partner and support from players such as the Green Tech Valley Cluster and Green KAIT Kapfenberg, the Ecopreneurs programme offers valuable resources, financing options and know-how to sustainably advance green innovations in the region. Together, we are creating an ecosystem for the green economy of tomorrow.

Funding body

The Startup Combo is financed by the Just Transition Fund, which provides essential support for the development of a sustainable start-up ecosystem in Styria. This funding makes it possible to provide green entrepreneurs with targeted resources and expertise to bring their innovations to market and transform the regional economy in a climate-friendly way. The financial assistance from the Just Transition Fund not only facilitates access to know-how and networks, but also strengthens economic resilience in times of ecological change.

Programme objectives

Participants receive support in developing a robust business plan for their environmentally-oriented start-up concepts. With a strong focus on sustainability in line with the Green Deal objectives, the Ecopreneurs programme guides teams through the various stages of developing their business ideas and provides access to valuable resources and coaching.
