GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION (ATB)
FOR EVENTS ORGANISED BY THE
CENTRE FOR APPLIED TECHNOLOGY

Registration

Registration takes place exclusively via the event homepage. A registration is only valid when the registrants receive a confirmation of registration.
Cancellation

If participation is not possible, please inform us informally by e-mail to office@zat-leoben.at
Participation fee

The event is free of charge.
Cancellation of the event

The event will be cancelled at least 7 days before the start.
Changes to the programme

The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme if necessary, e.g. if speakers are unable to attend. Participants will be informed of any changes to the event venue by e-mail.
Accommodation and travel

Participants are responsible for the costs and organisation of any necessary accommodation and travel to and from the event.
Use of the participants' data

After registration, participants agree to the storage and further processing of their data for the event management of the Centre for Applied Technology / Start-up Centre of Montanuniversität. Personal data records will be deleted after a written request to the organiser.

The participants agree to receive further information by e-mail. This consent can be revoked by sending a written message to the organiser.

Participants are responsible for the costs and organisation of any necessary overnight stays and travel to and from the event.
