For what purposes and on what legal basis is the data processed?

The protection and legally compliant collection, processing, use and security of your personal data are important to us. This website therefore stores and processes data exclusively in accordance with the Austrian and European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).


What data is processed and from which sources does this data originate?

Personal data is only collected if you provide it to us voluntarily or if there is a legal obligation to do so. Your data will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be collected, stored and used to fulfil and process your request.


Who receives your data?

Your personal data (name, address, contact details, date of birth, place of birth, nationality, account number, etc.), legitimisation data (e.g. ID card data) and authentication data (e.g. specimen signature).

We draw your attention to your obligation to co-operate when submitting a request for information. We therefore kindly ask you to inform us in which context (e.g. employee, student, applicant, etc.) or which processed data or information your request for information relates to. We will only provide information about your data in person (with ID) or via RSa letter by post.
