​ZAT Tech
This programme is aimed at technology-oriented start-up ideas with high innovation potential – regardless of their specific focus. It is open to all high-tech projects that aim to contribute to the economic development of the region. ZAT Tech offers sound support in all phases of business development – from the initial idea to market entry.

Green Startupmark – Green Startup Center Leoben
For anyone who wants to actively contribute to achieving the Green Deal goals with their ideas, Green Startupmark and the Green Startup Centre Leoben are the right places to go. This programme supports sustainable high-tech start-ups with a clear environmental and climate focus. The aim is to promote a new generation of founders who combine ecological responsibility with economic innovation.

ZAT Tech - Spin-off
The ZAT Tech spin-off programme supports university spin-off projects (min. TRL 4) in setting up their business and product over a period of 24 months.
You can expect practical workshops on start-up topics, individual coaching with experienced consultants and a mentoring programme with experts from various disciplines. In addition, you will be given a workspace in the start-up centre and benefit from community advantages such as discounts, exclusive deals and regular meetups.
Requirements for participation: an innovative, scalable project with market potential, a company that has not yet been founded, a location in Leoben and a committed, diverse team.
ZAT Tech - PreSEED
The ZAT Tech - PreSEED programme is aimed at aspiring founders who are still in the pre-start-up phase and need support from the idea to the start-up – including help with the business plan. For up to 12 months, you will receive services worth up to €30,000. This includes regular lectures on the topic of start-ups as part of the start-up school, a permanent co-working space at ZAT, access to the strong ZAT network and regular exchanges with other ZAT founders. In addition, you will be accompanied on your journey by experienced mentors.
ZAT Tech - SEED
The ZAT Tech - Seed Programme supports high-tech start-ups in the development and early start-up phase – specifically, companies up to three years after their founding. The aim is to accompany you on the path to a market-ready product and to further develop your business in a targeted manner.
Over a period of 12 months, you will have access to workshops, individual coaching and a mentoring programme with experienced experts. A workspace at the ZAT Start-up Centre is also part of the programme, as is interaction within the ZAT community.
Financially, you will benefit from a loan of up to €60,000.

Requirements: Your start-up must be highly innovative, have a scalable business model and clear market opportunities. Its economic and technical feasibility must have already been verified, and initial prototypes or applications must exist.
ZAT Tech - Alumni
The ZAT Tech Alumni Programme is for anyone who has already completed one of the ZAT programmes and now wants to take the next step towards growing their business.
The programme offers flexible support through workshops and access to affordable offices right in the start-up centre – ideal for further professionalising your business.
As part of the ZAT community, you also benefit from exclusive advantages such as discounts, deals and regular meetups for networking and exchanging experiences with other start-ups.
Prerequisite: You have already completed a ZAT programme.
Green Startupmark - Startup Combo
The Green Startupmark – Startup Combo Programme accompanies you on your journey from a sustainable high-tech idea in your head to a viable business plan. Over the course of six months, you will work step by step to transform your idea into a concrete business model.
The programme includes regular coaching sessions to reflect on and further develop the progress of your business plan. You can also take part in workshops on the topic of business plans, allowing you to acquire valuable expertise. Financial support is available in the form of a grant of up to €3,500.
At the end of the programme, you will not only have a viable business plan in your hands, but you will also present your concept in a final pitch at one of the flagship events. This will lay the foundation for successfully implementing your sustainable high-tech idea.
Green Startupmark - Green Incubees
The Green Startupmark – Green Incubees programme accompanies you on your journey from business plan to finished prototype. In this phase, your business model will be refined once again through external coaching and workshops and tested for practical feasibility. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to implement an initial prototype of your sustainable high-tech idea.
The programme supports you with services worth up to €30,000, including workshops, coaching and contributions in kind for prototype construction. In addition, you will gain access to the strong ZAT network and benefit from exchanges with the entire ZAT community.
Projects with a finished business plan and a sustainable, scalable high-tech idea that meets the goals of the Green Deal are eligible to participate.
Another requirement is that the company has not yet been founded and has a connection to the JTP region.
