Rethinking raw materials – with acoustic separation in the ultra-fine range
With the AuV Separator, we are developing a disruptive processing technology that, for the first time, enables the economical and selective separation of ultra-fine particles (< 20 µm) from complex mixtures of materials – without chemical additives. The process uses the physical effect of the acoustic contrast factor in a highly dynamic mode of operation to extract mineral and secondary raw materials from sludge ponds, industrial residues or microplastic-contaminated sediments.
Our approach closes a decades-long technological gap in raw material processing, reduces environmental hazards and strengthens Europe's security of supply in line with the Green Deal. Whether as a plant solution, contract processing or in raw material projects – we tap into previously untapped value creation potential and redefine the handling of fine fractions.
